If the site or app is asking you to re-authenticate every time, and you have checked the "Keep me signed in" option, please try the following:
- Website: Clear cookies, close the browser, and reload the site. Check the "Keep me signed in" box during verification process.
- App: Delete the app and re-install. Open the app and check the "Keep me signed in" box during verification process.
