If you have forgotten your Freeform account password, please take the following steps to reset your password:

1. Go to https://freeform.go.com
2. Click on the Menu (☰) in the top left
3. Click "Sign in to Freeform"
4. Click the "password" segment of the "Forgot username or password?" link
5. Enter the username or email address associated with your account and click "Continue"
6. An email with instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email address associated with your account

NOTE: You may only recover your password from the Freeform site, not the app.
